Welcome to this German Global Classroom homepage. Beginning in February 1998, this project’s aim is to establish a resource centre on the topic of the contribution of German/Australian community to the cultural life of Australia and links to further resources for students, teachers and interested people worldwide.

Resources and support are specifically intended to support Year 12 students of German and their teachers in preparing for the German CAT 3 in 1998, but it is also intended to remain as a resource beyond that date. Our intention is that the number of resources from this site will continually grow. You are invited to send writing about this topic for publication on the site.
