Occasionally there will be a position advertised where German is required. Leave the options set at All Locations and All Sectors and All Subsectors. In the Search box entitled "enter key word(s) here" you can type German.
You could also experiment
with http://seek.com.au 
Try these settings (or leave location as Any Location): Location: Melbourne; leave Any Classification and Any Sub-Clasification as they are. In Keywords enter German.
